Ingredients

For the Stir Fry
  • 200g Jasmine rice
  • 1/2 sweet heart cabbage
  • 4 stalks spring onion
  • 30g dry soy chunks (or Vegan alternative such as Tofu or Quorn)
  • 2tsp sesame oil
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2tsp salt

Ingredients

For the burger
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • 2 scallions, or 1 small onion
  • Red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp
  • Maple syrup or Agave 1 tsp
  • Black beans drained and rinsed or 400gs of dried cooked beans
  • Toasted walnuts 30gs
  • Rolled oats 50gs
  • Chilli powder 1\2 tsp
  • Smoked or plain paprika 1 tsp
  • Tamari or soy sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Oil 1 Tbsp for frying
For the rest:
Decorate and top your burger with whatever you like! Don't forget the Bun or the sauce of your choosing! And be sure to share your results on our facebook page.

Ingredients

For the Curry​
  • 2 large sized sweet potato 
  • 2 aubergines
  • 2 inches of ginger 
  • 3 garlic cloves 
  • 1 red Onion
  • 1 white Onion
  • Bunch of spring onion 
  • A bag of spinach ( might need to use 3/4 of it )
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet or Fresh Chilli
  • 2 tbsp of pre minced garlic and ginger​
  • 2 x 400ml of tinned coconut milk 
  • 2tsp Nutmeg 
  • 2tsp Brown sugar 
  • 4tbsp Jamaican curry seasoning
  • 1tbsp All purpose tropical seasoning 
Recommend Serving with Rice
